Sanctuary, a safe haven for animals in Northern Mexico.
A kind of "diamond in the rough," the Baja Animal Sanctuary
is the only no-kill shelter of its kind in Northern
Mexico. These animals are cared for by a small, caring,
passionate
and knowledgeable staff. Most of the animals pictured
here have endured sickness or abuse, and are waiting
patiently for their very own home. Some of them will
never find forever homes, while these images remain
